Terms & conditions
1. PAYMENT
- a) The amount pertaining to this Invoice should be paid on due date else interest 18% per annum will be charged from the date of invoice.
- b) Please pay by A/c Payee Cheque or draft drawn in favour of Ms.LGB FORGE LIMITED.
- c) Kindly insist for official receipt for the payment made.
- d) Goods once sold cannot be taken back.
2. TAX LIABILITY
- a) Ensure that you are collecting "Duplicate for Transporter" copy of the Invoice from the carriers for availing GST credit.
- b) We are not responsible for the misplacement of duplicate copy of the Invoice by the carriers.
- C) Errors and Omission excepted.
3.QUALITY
- a) All quality concerns should be reported within three days from the date of GRN.
- b) We are not responsible for any defects reported after three days from the date of GRN.
4.GENERAL
- a) All disputes arising out of this Invoice will be subject to Coimbatore Jurisdiction.
